Project Management

By using a project manager to oversee all aspects of a project, from start to completion, clients are able to tap into a wealth of professional knowledge and experience and feel confident about the success of their project.

The multi-disciplinary team approach by Davis Ogilvie ensures that we are able to anticipate all parts of a construction project in advance to help ensure our clients complete their projects on time and on budget.

As well as being an integral part of other works this service can be applied as a stand-alone service to any project.

Davis Ogilvie also offers construction management services to ensure all construction meets the requirements of the relevant New Zealand Standards, Building Code or that set down by the designer either as part of a project management service or on its own.
