Cathedral Junction, Worcester Street, Christchurch City

This was a stalled development incorporating a section of the Christchurch Tramway which was reconfigured into two hotels and retail space surrounding the tramway. Land use consents were required for issues relating to plot ratio, heritage facades, traffic issues, and consent to unit title the development.
