Bealey Ave, Christchurch

This domestic development within the Christchurch four avenues comprises three separate blocks totalling 21 individual two or three storey units. Using tilt slab design with some steel framework for bracing we produced an efficient structure with the east and west structural elevations optimised to suit the architects glazing requirements.

Davis Ogilvie & Partners Ltd provided all structural and civil engineering design and detailing services together with full construction works monitoring of all specifically designed structural and civil items.
