LandSmart Development Professionals

LandSmart is a group of independent land development professionals with an innovative approach to land development.

LandSmart members are specialists and leading advisers in land development. The teams combined knowledge of development projects and the skills required to make each project successful go far beyond those of professionals who do not specialise in land project work. Each member has been involved in multi-disciplinary developments from the very largest to quite small developments.

The independent LandSmart professionals have a co-ordinated approach:

• Experience of working together has honed our teamwork skills and opened our eyes to efficiencies that will benefit you.
• LandSmart can provide project management for each project. This project management role is far wider than the traditional project management role of supervising contractors on site - it's a big picture role that co-ordinates all the professionals and consultants involved in the project.
